Found in Endau Rompin National Park in penninsular Malaysia in lowland swamp forests on trees as a miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with a creeping rhizome with .48 to .92″ [1.2 to 2.3 cm] betweeen each dstant, ovoid, obtuselt 3 to 4 angled pseudobulb carrying a single, apical,erect, elliptic to ovate, obtuse, petiolate base leaf that blooms in the later winter and early spring on an ascending, peduncle to 4″ [10 cm] long, provided with about 5 bracts, rachis nodding, somewhat thickened, .048″ [1.2 mm] long, to 8″ [20 cm] long overall, subumbellate, 3 to 4 flowered inflorescence with acute, longer than the ovary floral bracts carrying pendent flowers
